Too dark but will fix and color tomorrow.  Wanted to design a character as fast as I could without the use of any references.

Practice on my cintiq before a big commission. Tribute to a childhood character inspiration :) what sailor moon would look like in my style of concept art. Weird! I think the pencil chicken scratch looks cooler
